Lightup Impact Days 2023: Sustainable Development of Grassroots Organizations in East Africa – Shift the Power

Welcome to our vibrant and transformative event, where we gather as a powerful force of changemakers, thought leaders, and visionaries united by a shared purpose to “Shift the Power” towards a fairer and more inclusive world.

Our event goes beyond the conventional conference format; it is a dynamic convergence of grassroots leaders, advocates, influencers, supporters, and friends, all taking center stage in our discussions.

What truly sets us apart is our community-led approach, where we place the voices and experiences of those on the frontlines at the heart of our journey toward positive change.

With a keen focus on key tracks, we aim to guide our discussions and actions towards impactful outcomes:

Monday, 11 September (Public Event)

On Day 1, our doors are open to the public, with enlightening panel discussions, captivating keynotes, and engaging networking opportunities. We will dive into topics such as system change, empowering the youth, and fostering gender equality and social inclusion.
