Accommodation
Accommodation is offered at the conference hotel at a special rate for conference delegates.

Getting to the venue
There are two airports close to Nairobi city centre: 1) Jomo Kenyetta International Airport and 2) Wilson Airport. Please note: Though Wilson Airport is closer to Boma Inn, it only offers domestic flights to regional airports in Kenya.
Getting to the hotel from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or Wilson Airport:
- We recommend using rideshare services like Uber or Bolt for your journey to Boma Inn.
- They offer a comfortable, reliable, and convenient transportation experience and a straightforward route to the venue.
- Uber and Bolt are widely used in Nairobi and are secure, GPS-tracked rides for your peace of mind.
- Simply download the app, input your destination (Boma Inn Hotel), and you’ll be on your way.

Boma Inn hotel offers airport transfer services at USD 30 per person one way. Flight details should be submitted at least 24 hrs in advance for individuals. For groups of more than 10 guests, a reservation should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. Contact conference@lightupimpact.com to make arrangements.
Car rental is available from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Please consult the various car rental companies in the area for more information. Car parking is available at Boma Inn. Please contact the hotel for more information regarding availability and price.
