Every month our Lightup Impact Community meets to exchange experiences, knowledge, and ideas. Founders from our community are invited to lead discussions on select topics.
In our final Community Meetup of 2023, Terry Boke from Hope Alive Initiative, Kenya will guide us on creating visual content for impact.
Terry Boke: our guest speaker
Terry is a media advocacy and communications consultant who leverages the power of impactful storytelling to champion human rights causes, including but not limited to gender equality, education, and healthcare. Her keen interests extend to issues affecting marginalized women and girls, where her advocacy transcends social media activism to hands-on community engagement and empowerment efforts.
With her versatile skill set, she crafts compelling multimedia content using various mediums, like videos, photos, and graphics.
Her expertise spans public relations, media relations, photography, video production and editing, digital content creation, branding and design, social media management, and rapporteuring.
Terry exemplifies resourcefulness as a valuable member of the Lightup Impact Community. Her voice, collaborative spirit, and meaningful contributions have been pivotal in our grassroots community engagements.
